Located at the heart of our community, 4800 Broadway is more than a building—it’s a home for:

• LOOP Unschooling Cooperative: A supportive, intergenerational learning environment where curiosity and creativity shine.

• Child Friendly Space with a Banned Book Library: Encouraging young minds to grow while celebrating diverse stories and perspectives.

• Maker’s Market: A shop showcasing handcrafted wares created by our talented members and community partners.

• Fabric Lab: A creative hub for sustainable crafts, sewing, and textile innovation.

• Movement Studio: A space for yoga, dance, and mindful movement to support health and connection.

• Coworking Space: For freelancers, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits who want to work in a community-focused environment (includes childcare!).

• Tool Library: Empowering residents with access to tools and resources for DIY projects and community improvements.

• Wellness Services: Offering holistic care to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

  *All memberships, excluding the Key Membership, are only for times the building is open. Because this is a community space, our process includes a questionnaire and background check that must be completed before joining.
